LifestyleThe lunch break worth putting in your calendar.

When getting dressed stalls, change one thing at a time.

Start with the piece you do want to wear. Keep it on and put the other rejected options away. A floor full of alternatives rarely makes the next decision easier.
Check the proportions first. Try a different tuck, sleeve length or layer before deciding the whole outfit is wrong. Small adjustments are easier to judge when you make them one at a time.
Then consider the day. Are the shoes comfortable for the distance you will walk? Do you need a layer for the journey home? An outfit can look good and still need one practical change.
Choose one finishing detail, or none. Take a quick photo if the result feels useful, so you can repeat it on a busier morning. Getting dressed does not have to produce a new idea every day.
